Order Processing & Production Times
All Meltaway Apparel products are made-to-order through our trusted fulfillment partner.
Production typically takes:
2–5 business days for most apparel items
Slight delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays

United States: 2–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on the print provider, shipping carrier, customs, and location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders from Meltaway Apparel.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately depending on the print provider.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Returns & Refund Policy
Meltaway Apparel products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this ‘Print-on-Demand’ process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, please contact us within 15 days with a photo of the issue for a free replacement or full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
damaged,
misprinted,
defective, or
significantly different from the listing,
we will replace it at no cost or issue a refund.
To process a claim, please provide:
A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief description
Contact us at (admin@meltawayapparel.com) within 15 days of delivery.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the print facility to open a claim and replace the item after the carrier confirms non-delivery.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Wrong size chosen
Change of mind
Dislike of fit or style
Incorrect color selection
Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
As items are produced individually, we cannot offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size, a new order must be placed.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once your order has been placed. Please double check your design, size, and color before finalizing your order.
