Refund and Returns Policy
At Meltaway Apparel, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As a division of Primal Graphics, we take pride in our quality and service. Please review our policy below for information on returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns (Non-Defective Items)
To be eligible for a “Change of Mind” return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that have been used, laundered, or altered will not be accepted.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, please note the following exceptions:
- Personalized Items: Products featuring custom text or specific graphics requested by the customer are considered Final Sale.
- These items are only eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us at admin@meltawayapparel.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damage or defect. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for any confirmed defective items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.
- Please contact our support team to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returned items.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
