Intellectual Property: All original artwork, graphics, logos, branding, product designs, and other creative content displayed on Meltaway Apparel are owned by Primal Graphics or used with permission and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

Orders: Products are produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. We may cancel and refund an order if a product, size, color, or other variation becomes unavailable, if pricing or product information contains an obvious error, or if we cannot fulfill the order as placed.

Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meltaway Apparel and Primal Graphics are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
